Taking photographs aboard the commuter train is forbidden. Unless you want the terrorists to win.
The problem with cameras with telephoto lenses is that you can’t covertly take pictures. There’s no sneak pics when you have this enormous photo-rection pointing towards your subject.
I just realized that there’s one group of subjects Harry can photograph without restriction: celebrities. How come the Philippines don’t have pesky paparazzi who overstep their bounds?

no photos in the Pasig Ferry as well… well, at least when the ferry passes inside Malacanang boundaries…
