those coupons are available at Buy&Sell and those Jobseekers newspapers/magazines. the discount cards; I got two of them. one was from a taxi driver I chatted up once when stuck in traffic. the other was part of a promo sponsors were giving out [can't remember which party it was; FHM, maxim, mtc..]. since I’m not in manila anymore, of course these cards are expired.

Taxi Drivers give them out since those meeting halls are a major source of fares.
BTW, do they have variants of the mask with an Apple (Anito) or Geisha (Sogo)?
