Reminds me of when I 1st heard of his death. I thought MJ was pulling off a clever publicity stunt. I even half-expected for him to jump out of coffin at his memorial service.
Whether he is buried in Forest Lawn or living some place else under a new identity, his talent will sorely be missed

this is all taking a really bizarre turn like a ship without a rudder. maybe it’s time to bring back the basics.

I would have been surprised if there wouldn’t be any MJ. It happened to Elvis, the King of Rock and Roll. It’s bound to happen to Michael Jackson, the King of Pop. R.I.P. Michael Jackson. You have provided inspiration to millions of people who loves music.

But what is truly basic and what is truly bizarre? Perhaps, what what you consider bizarre may still be basic for others. And what you label as basic may probably be bizarre for most. Is there a middle ground? Who defines the middle ground? Is it our collective superego? What is truly middle anyway? Perhaps, we may never truly know the answer. But what was the question?
(Sounds like a bad Philo 1 discussion)
