Spa - etiquette

What I didn’t like about my spa experience is they telling me what they think is common knowledge. Remove my shoes. Strip. Take a shower. Take a sauna with another guy. Take a sauna for fifteen minutes without providing a timepiece. Put on a bathrobe. Take off th bathrobe.
