They’re not as bad as what a motorist in Metro Manila have to put up with -
City Bus Drivers racing to meet their boundaries,
Semi-Trailer Truck Drivers who haven’t had sleep since they left port (in Vigan, Ilocos Sur),
Concrete barriers and other Bayani Fernando Eccentricities
And Motorists with Anger Management Issues who think their firearms are the only way to resolve traffic disputes.

buti nga si glenn, he’s getting practice from video games. there are a great number of drivers out there who got their licenses the “traditional” way; no tests, no practical driving, no seminar, nothing. pati illiterate na hindi marunong magbasa pasado, pati driver na pilay ang kamay at paa, or bulag may lisensya.

also, video game car races teach you that the accelerator is the right pedal, while the brake is to the left of it.
and hitting a concrete barrier just makes your car bounce, barely slowing it down.

Beerkada: Really? I thought this was just a case of people who don’t know how to drive bellyaching about the perils of driving. It’s like extolling the joys of scuba-diving when you’ve never dived in your life. Both are stupid, presumptuous, and pretentious. Besides, I don’t think anybody will give a shit about my sister’s beaten up Vios which I happen to drive. As far as I’m concerned, the only “have” I have is the skill of driving. Like wow, that will whoo the ladies.
And can you think of another nickname? I think Beerkada’s taken na, but I could be wrong.
