This storyline is inspired by the recent Krispy Kreme Doughnuts opening in Gateway, Cubao. (doughnuts. Wow. Couldn’t they have come up with a more pretentious term, like Doughnaugths?)
I came around 8am. I was number 210.

You mean your there? haha! 😀
I also dropped by there on the way to work. You should try the Hershey’s Dark Chocolate
so that means you didn’t get any free donuts?
Um, that’s the actual, true spelling of doughnuts, at least back in the 1950s when that company was established on the other side of the Pacific.
whoa! i months worth of free donuts?! homer should be there.
Wow, andrea’s holding a Glen plushie
Whoa! Lining up like it’s Black Friday.
people waking up at the crack of dawn for free items that aren’t that expensive to begin with? So not worth it. I’d rather pay.
go-kreme… korny naman… it should have been… krispy nu…aaah… ok
Phoebs
Just to put things in perspective, a Krispy Kreme glazed doughnut sells for about P30. A fancy doughnut sells for close to P40 at 38. Its close rivals, Gonuts Donuts and Countrystyle sells theirs at a similar rate. Mr Donut and Dunkin Donuts sell theirs from 10-30.
What this new player in the RP doughnut market has to offer would be the brand. It’s an internationally renowned brand much like Starbuck’s and Dairy Queen which have branches close by in the mall mentioned.\
The doughnuts do taste good but I don’t consider it a factor considering it’s subjective. They do have novel flavors, though
Free donuts is a surefire way to lure cops in the US. Wonder if it works here?
hmmm similar to what happened at the fort branch i believe. the only times i ever waited in line that long early in the morning would be for a passport and the last harry potter book. 😛
i think i would have cried if i was number 201. :K
Yay… Lucky for number 201…
