I have to agree. With the advent of new technologies as DVD’s, Blu-Ray, broadband and HD gave people a whole lot of other avenues to waste their precious time with.
easier to access news via d web… tho its funny/ironic dat franchette was late to know about ka ernie when usually webaholics are the first to dig up news and gossips compared to TV-dependent neanderthals…
what’s there to watch anyway?
the stuff those networks dish out keep getting worse as time goes on

It’s almost the same with me. I think that I only have an average of about 2 hours of watching TV in a week.
The news sites of GMA and ABS-CBN have news vids and livestreaming of their rasio stations DZBB and DZMM.
The Kapamilyas already has a web-based pay-per service called ABSCBN NOW for those abroad who wish to view local shows but do not have access to TFC
Soomer or later, they will come out with a free webcast service similar to Hulu.
But many are still too busy tagging their friends, superpoking them or playing Mafia Wars like me and some fellow Beerkadets I know.
i still watch the news though…not that I care.
Thank goodness for cable. You get a wider variety than just the stuff on free TV.
