that smile in the last panel.

he reminds me of an indonesian/malaysian(?) artist who makes paintings in which the persons in the paintings all have a same smiling face.

just like that.

featured in TIME magazine few years ago. ( ‘ , ‘ )

i found it.

the face in the last panel. reminds me of yue minjun, a contemporary chinese artist.

I’m thinking, in running after Harley, he found his way into Pugad baoy. Jimmy mixed the lab up with Polgas, who pointed a Garapata gun at him in one paw and offered him a beer with the other
