And ROTC itself should be a full college programme, where the candidate gets to study military science (or naval sciences, for those with historic ties to the Navy) in a civilian campus, gets a double degree in the process, and graduates with a full commission as an ensign or second lieutenant.
With Vernon flaunting hair like a member of the Taiwanese F4, I’d really wish they made CMT/ROTC mandatory again.
However, the last 4 weeks in any sem in the University is enough to put Vernon into place.
