The usual egg-covered fried variety.

My Mom did it with only the egg whites. You get to taste more of the Tikoy if its cooked that way
@Tora – We just slice ’em and fry ’em.
We actually eat tikoy so that good luck will stick with us for the year.
Tora: if you dip the Tikoy slices in egg then lightly dredge them cornstarch before frying, you get a crispier outside and a soft center.
