Liberal Arts majors serve the country, too. With a side order of fries. 😀

During my own days as an engineering student (USC-TC) we had this saying/poem/prose (loosely translated from bisaya) :
Ang Buhay Estudyante:
Kapag may klase, ‘di pumapasok,
Kung pumasok man, ‘di nakikinig,
Kung nakinig man, ‘di na-aalala,
Kung na-aalala man, ‘di nagagamit sa ‘pinas.

No, not everybody serves fries on the side… although admittedly I have found things to loathe in the job market.
We’re just not too “in demand,” they say….
Either which way, whether you’ve graduated with an Engineering, Liberal Arts or even a Nursing Degree, the best paying entry-level job out there is still as a Call Center Agent
