The corner store Video City in my neighborhood has finally closed down. The effects of piracy has finally taken its toll.
It’s been a year since I borrowed from Video City. The selection has always been limited to current and popular titles.
I guess my lifetime video membership referred to ITS lifetime.

Of course, there’s always a chance it just moved location and neglected to inform me.
The video city in our area closed down just recently too. 🙁
Ours in Dalandanan has closed down too. Their shops are becoming more obscure. Video City is going down.
Now if they start renting out hentai…

You should rent every movie you want in the last day of a Video City before it closes. That way you could keep them all. SCIENCE!

No, it’s just because they are dinosaurs. They can’t adapt to circumstances. They have neither the resources nor the capabilities.
I was trying to rent at a Video City-like video store here, too bad, they’re collections are like ages ago…
