Streetnikling - challenge

The Pandanggo boys have strapped butane lighters to their hands and head.

Their conversation goes like this:

Nyor: “Good evening.”

Pandanggo Boy: “I’m challenging you!”

Nyor: “Anytime, anywhere.”

P.B.: “The Plaza. In 3 days.”

Background: “The police are coming!”

P.B.: “This isn’t over.”

Thanks to everyone who helped in the translations!
