Poor cow. He dreamt of travel in the 90’s, and then mad cow disease made it impossible for bovines to cross international borders.

LOL. Good point Mr. L.
We finally see Psychocow’s origin.
The way Filipino pedestrians and motorists have become stubborn is why Chairman Bayani Fernando treats them like cattle and corrals them in as such.
Tora: I agree.. I think when people get used to it enough, eventually the fences can be removed. Pasaway kasi tayong mga Pilipino eh (myself included).. 😀
‘Bawal Tumawid, Nakamamatay’
Actually it’s “Walang Tawiran. Nakamamatay.”
We went to Boracay recently, and even in Kalibo Aklan, you see posters and streamers of Bayani Fernando. WTF?
I don’t think the fences will correct the people. Once you remove them, they will become stubborn again. It’s best to scare them instead, with a horrifying scene that burns into their memory.
–like the c5 accident few years ago, with the man smashed under the truck.
I am guessing the reason why the pedestrians are into Jaywalking would be because of a lack of pedestrian crossings and overpasses.
In my 4 years in College, we had to risk braving C5 to get a quick bite between classes or nt being late simply because Peddie overpasses were very out of reach.

well, oh well, Pinoys are just way stubborn, sign or no sign, they still jay walk. reminds me of a non-traffic-related incident, but this happened in a pedestrian overpass in cubao, the sign says Prostitution is illegal, those who buys the services of prostitutes are fined 50,000.00, then again, once you’re on the peddie, an old bugaw will jostle near you peddling her ware for 50.00.
Q: Why didn’t the psychocow cross the road?
A: He couldn’t jaywalk to the other side. Xp
we should have visual warnings posted on the fence, like the pictures on cigarette boxes in Thailand
