They should also not forget the IV drip, catheter and lots and lots of coffee or caffeinated soft drinks

tora^2: coffee is a diuretic, ergo, not a good idea for an ultra marathon–unless they rig a hose going to the bathroom ala boopey.
That’s what the catheters are for – a piss tubes.
If they don’t want rubber tubing up their urethras or don’t know any Nurse willing to help them insert one, they could get adult diapers instead.
You still need caffeine to keep you awake through the 168 hours of the ultramarathon.
This reminds me of something from an episode of the Simpsons. Comic Book Guy bought a wheelbarrow load of burritos to prepare for a Doctor Who marathon. It wasn’t shown if he stocked up on coffee or Mountain Dew though.
Try watching the whole series of Ranma or Dragon Ball.. It drove me nuts.. I don’t know if that could be considered as an ultramarathon ’cause there are times that I fell asleep.. Hirap kya tiisin lalo na kung boring yung episode.. But I usually have anime marathons lalo na nung hndi pa ko nagwowork.. May times pa na bumili ako ng extra joss just to keep me awake..! Haha..

Willie, that’s nothing, in my forlorn, I had a sit-in watching alias seasons 1-5, heroes 1 and 2, Dark angel 1and 2, Chuck season one and Burn Notice. Man I had weird dreams after that.
Don’t forget the toothpicks for your eyelid-propping needs! Plus the 7 days woth of tinga might bother them a teensy bit.
