My bus was screening The Return of the King when I recognized the guy playing Lord Denethor.
It’s Walter Bishop from Fringe!

Hatton is amazing! I’ve never seen anyone catch all of Pacquiao’s punches like that. I was cheering for him by round 2. Cheering so that he’ll last a little longer.
Will this 2-round mismatch result in the shortest ceasefire in the history of the MILF-PNP war? Was SM Megamall’s fear of a drop in attendance in their mall-wide sale without basis after all? Will criminals throughout Metro Manila think, “Syet. I stopped mugging for this?”
I’ve been investigating Twitter (which is the runaway winner in the current poll for the Beerkada microblog), and I’m discovering cool apps for it, like Twuffer (a scheduling tool) and TweetDeck (a deskstop client).
Although I’m wondering whether a time will come when spam, dead kids without any mouths, and a letter from the CEO of Twitter who will promise to give 1 million dollars to whoever forwards it to 1 million peeps will infiltrate Twitter. Friendster and MySpace got heavily infested by them, although IM avoids it.
Chompy and I are getting into watching all movies related to an upcoming movie before watching the latter. We already rewatched Star Trek: Nemesis and Galaxy Quest in preparation for JJ Abrams’s Star Trek, and we rewatched the Terminator trilogy way before T:Salvation comes out. I even borrowed my brother’s original series Trek boxed set. It’s fun catching all the details of favorite pre-Web 2.0 movies in this era of IMDB (for the movie trivia), Wikipedia, and Youtube (for the deleted scenes).
