I think Chompy found a chompflatable Glen doll the same place Harry found his inflatable date in Japan. She just kept it hidden for emergency purposes.

I came up with the waiter’s explanation in verbatim while waiting for the bill. It almost made up for Chompy’s disappointing experience.
It’s like they spent all their revenues on big-ass menus. With full-color, 1200dpi shots of their ice cream. They had to photoshop out the dust mites that were visible in those magnified images.
