Possibly all three Mad Max movies. The title suggests the first two: Mad Max and The Road Warrior. All three starred Mel Gibson as the title character. The Tina Turner hairdo is from her character in Beyond Thunderdome (the third movie).

An Australian produced movie that was starred by Mel Gibson in his heydays as a rouge actor/director. The story is about a post-apocalyptic Earth and the remaining survivors that turned into cut-throat warlords. Just watched in on Cinemax last month.
