It’s not just seeing it that’s the point, it’s also soaking up the enviorment around you, like the (groping for a word) wonderfully mystifying feeling of twilight slowly turning into nighttime. Simple moments like that are taken for granted. Besides, how romantic can looking at a sunset in youtube be? Not very.
It may be the same sun but then the place, time and what happens in the surroundings change. Why the hell would I watch it on Youtube when its a totally different sunset from yesterday
with 24,000 videos on sunsets, there are 24,000 ways to watch the sun set.
It is fun to watch that giant ball of fire that will one day for sure will kill us all drown in the ocean that will someday boil and evaporate in an instant the day the sun goes super nova.

I think watching the sunset with someone you want to be with makes it more worthwhile. Others are just factors to consider. Watching sunset on a rainy day could still be fun…
