Just for trivial facts again, aswangs sometimes takes the image of someone we know or familiar with and then lure us into something sinister or bad… well, you know that drill.
Perhaps they use some sort of vanishing ninja log technique.
hehe.. in naruto they have this switching/replacement technique where tree stumps are made to look like them.
not to mention the shadow clones 😛

during my senior year in high school, one of my classmates drowned during an outing with our classmates at the Kawasan Falls, and his mom was convinced that his body was taken by the malignos living behind the falls and the corpse our classmates brought back was a banana trunk.
Some says Rizal didn’t die by a gunshot rather, he was replaced by a banana trunk look alike or so they say.
