During a Komikon meet-up in McDonalds, I spotted a group of college students having a birthday kiddie party. They had the mascot, balloons, and everything. It was pretty hipster of them.
This is the second time that Matsumoto Jun is mentioned in Beerkada, thus garnering the devotion of J-Pop lovers out there. I strictly deny that I am a Matsumoto Jun fan.

This is where the entire Batangas adventure leads to. A huge Ultraman tribute. Pa-pa-pa-paaahhhhh!
Jellyfish can grow to gigantic sizes. The second panel parodies Ultraman’s size-transformation sequence.
A similar sequence can be seen in Alex Galmedo’s Doug n Kitten, currently out-of-print.

Days’ Hotel. Lovely place. When we woke up in the morning, it was drizzling. The Artists Den had a full breakfast, as we know we need all our energy to give the best seminar to the Batangas students.
